Access info: Building is wheelchair accessible. Treatment room is on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator. Space is located 3 blocks from the High St. A/C train, and 2 blocks from the York St. F train. Please be aware bathrooms in this building are gendered.

Covid-19 Protocol:

Masks are required in the treatment room to reduce spread of Covid-19, the flu, and other airborne pathogens. There are masks available upon entry to the treatment space if you forget yours. There is a small HEPA air filter in the space and treatment table is sanitized after every treatment. The building as a whole (lobby, elevators, hallways) is not mask required.

Patients and practitioners will mask during treatments, with the exception of:

• Drinking or eating

• Lowering a mask to show face/mouth symptoms

• Facial acupuncture treatments

Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment times will be charged the full price of the appointment cost, with no exceptions.

Tardiness Policy

• If you are going to be arriving more than 10 minutes late, please email or text me.

• Arriving 20 minutes after a scheduled appointment time may be subjected to an abbreviated treatment.

• Arriving 30 minutes or later after a scheduled appointment time will be considered a cancellation
